You will receive your order in 1-3 business days (Slovenia). If you live outside Slovenia your order will be delivered in 3-7 business days.
As you place your order we will send you order confirmation on your email address. You will also receive invoice and tracking number.
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from Rolly online store. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your slippers, you can return your purchased items within 14 days of the delivery date if all following conditions are met:
- Returned items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Returned items must still have the original tags attached.
- You must include the original invoice.
